Who is Good Oaks?

My name is Matt Oakley, and I'm the owner of Good Oaks Lawn Service, LLC. As a homeowner here in Charleston South Carolina, I understand the pride that comes with owning and caring for a property. That's why my mission is simple: treat every client's home as if it were my own.

I started Good Oaks Lawn Service when I was just 16 years old and have spent more than a decade perfecting my offerings. I started on my childhood 10-acre plot of land where in those early years, I ran Good Oaks out of our barn before bringing the business with me to the Lowcountry.

As a one man owned and operated business, I am able to offer a personal working relationship where clients have direct access to my cell, know exactly who is on their property at all times, and elevate service concerns/request directly.​​

I believe in honest work without squeezing every dollar out of hardworking homeowners. My goal is to help transform properties across the Lowcountry while building lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and reliability.
